Terms and Conditions – Kiwi Prize Wheel

Below, the terms of service applicable to participation in the Kiwi Prize Wheel, currently offered by Kiwi Financial, Inc. (“Kiwi”) and its affiliates, are detailed. By participating in the Kiwi Prize Wheel (“Activity”), you accept the following terms:

Start Date and Periodicity

The activity will be carried out weekly, every Thursday at  5:30 p.m. Puerto Rico time. In case of changes in the date or impossibility of carrying it out in a specific week, the activity will be rescheduled for the following Thursday or on an alternative date.

Duration and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the weekly dynamic at any time and without prior notice. In case of cancellation, we ensure that participants will receive the prizes corresponding to any activity that took place before the cancellation. We commit to settling any pending prize with the winners to guarantee transparency and integrity of the activity.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in our dynamic is open to individuals over 21 years of age who reside in the states where we have licenses and offer our services. Clarifying that it is not necessary to be an active client at Kiwi to participate in the Activity.

• Important: To maintain a respectful and fair environment, it is essential that all participants always maintain respectful language. Failure to comply with this indication may result in disqualification.

2. How to Participate

During live broadcasts, two winners will be selected in each airing. The dynamic will follow a structured format consisting of two distinct rounds, with one winner designated at the end of each.

In the first part of each round, a series of general knowledge questions will be carried out. Participants will be invited to answer, and three people who have answered correctly the fastest will be selected. Then, a final round will take place in which the selected participants will participate in a spelling dynamic of questions. The winner of this phase will have the opportunity to spin the Kiwi prize wheel.

• Statement of Probability of Winning: We seek to provide transparency to our participants. The probabilities of winning are directly related to the number of entries received. The more entries, the greater the chances of winning.
• Participants chosen to take part in the prize wheel dynamic must write to us by private message once selected, so our team can indicate how to enter the live broadcast. They will have a time limit of 3 minutes to join the broadcast. Those participants who do not enter within this time will lose the opportunity to participate, and other participants will be selected in their place.

IMPORTANT: By participating in the Kiwi Prize Wheel live, you accept that Kiwi may use clips of your participation in the live for publication on various social networks and digital media platforms. These clips may include your image and/or voice during the live event.

3. Prizes Offered

Each Thursday, the activity will offer a variety of prizes.

4. Probability of Winning Prizes

In our prize wheel dynamic, participants have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes. Each prize on the wheel has an equal probability of being selected. The following table details the prizes available and the probability of winning each:

5. Promoter Information

6. Award Ceremony

Consideration: Loan credits or cash prizes can only be redeemable if the winner does not have payments overdue for more than 30 days with Kiwi.

7. Time to Claim Prizes

Winners have a period of thirty (30) days from written notification to claim their prizes. This provides a reasonable period for coordination and effective delivery of prizes.

IMPORTANT: When claiming your prize, you will be asked to provide a video sharing your experience participating in the dynamic and using Kiwi’s services. In case of sending said video, we understand that you are granting Kiwi authorization to use it on our social networks. This authorization will be supported by a form in which you can give written consent for Kiwi to use the video.

8. Transferability of Prizes

It is essential to note that the prizes obtained are not transferable. Each prize is intended exclusively for the selected winner.
