Terms and Conditions – Kiwi Prize Wheel

Below, the terms of service applicable to participation in the Kiwi Prize Wheel, currently offered by Kiwi Financial, Inc. (“Kiwi”) and its affiliates, are detailed. By participating in the Kiwi Prize Wheel (“Activity”), you accept the following terms:
Start Date and Periodicity
The activity will be conducted monthly, on the last Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm Puerto Rico time. In the event of scheduling changes or if it cannot be held during a specific week, the activity will be rescheduled the activity will be rescheduled, and the new date will be announced on our social media channels.
Duration and Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the weekly activity at any time and without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, we ensure that participants will receive the prizes corresponding to any activity that took place prior to cancellation. We commit to issuing any pending prizes to the winners to guarantee transparency and integrity of the activity.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in our activity is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in the states where we hold licenses and offer our services. It is required to be registered in the App or to be an active customer of any Kiwi product in order to participate.
Important: To maintain a respectful and fair environment, all participants must use respectful language at all times. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
2. How to Participate
During the live broadcasts, one or two winners will be selected—those who answer first during each activity.
a) Statement of Winning Probabilities:
We aim to provide transparency to our participants. The odds of winning are directly related to the number of entries received. The more entries, the greater the chance of winning.
b) Participants selected to participate in the prize wheel activity must send us a private message once selected so our team can instruct them on how to join the live broadcast. They will have a 3-minute time limit to join. Participants who do not join within this timeframe will lose their opportunity to participate.
IMPORTANT: By participating in the Kiwi Prize Wheel live stream, you agree that Kiwi may use clips of your participation in the live event for publication on various social media channels and digital media platforms. These clips may include your image and/or voice during the live event.
3. Prizes Offered
Each month, the activity will offer a variety of prizes.
4. Probability of Winning Prizes
In our prize wheel activity, participants have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes. Each prize on the wheel has an equal probability of being selected. The following table details the available prizes and the probability of winning each:
The wheel contains a total of 12 segments, each representing one of the prizes listed above. Since each segment has the same probability of being selected, the probability of winning any specific prize is 8.3%.
5. Promoter Information
The Kiwi Prize Wheel is organized by Kiwi. You may contact us at support@kiwicredito.com.
6. Prize Delivery
a) Once the live activity ends, a Kiwi representative will contact the winner to coordinate prize delivery and/or request shipment information.
b) If a listed prize is not available, an alternate prize of equal or greater value, based on the approximate retail value of the original prize, will be provided.
c) Prizes will be delivered to the respective winners within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of the broadcast.
d) All users/participants who do not have an active or charged-off (charge-off) account with Kiwi and have never had one must register in the app as part of the process to participate and receive their prize.
e) All users with an active or charge off Kiwi loan who win cash prizes in the prize wheel will receive the prize credited to their active or charged-off loan. If the prize amount exceeds the loan balance, the difference will be issued to the bank account registered with the loan

Consideration: Loan credits or cash prizes can only be redeemable if the winner does not have payments overdue for more than 30 days with Kiwi.
7. Time to Claim Prizes
Winners have thirty (30) days from written notification to claim their prizes. This provides a reasonable time frame for coordination and effective delivery.
Identity verification is required to redeem any prize. Winners must complete the identity verification process with a valid ID at the time of prize redemption. Kiwi reserves the right to withhold prize delivery until identity has been successfully verified.
IMPORTANT: When claiming the prize, winners will be asked to sign an authorization allowing us to post clips of their participation in the live event on our social media channels and/or paid media. By signing the form, you grant Kiwi permission to use these clips across our digital platforms.
8. Transferability of Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable. Each prize is intended exclusively for the designated winner.
DISCLOSURE FOR CONTENT:
*Participants must be present during each month’s live stream and take part in the live activities. Only residents of the states where we are licensed may participate. Only users with an active loan or who are registered in our system will be eligible to spin the wheel. Those who answer the questions first and correctly will be able to participate.
