Product Terms: All products are subject to eligibility and approval by Kiwi Financial Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Kiwi Financial Inc., also known as “Kiwi Credit” and “Kiwi”. Eligibility for a product is not guaranteed. Approval of loans depends on a credit evaluation. Loan details may fluctuate depending on the state and the applicant, and are subject to change. The account's payment history is reported to certain credit agencies. Prequalification will not affect your credit score with credit reporting agencies. The most common personal loan amounts range from $350 to $3,000 for new customers, and $500 to $3,000 for returning customers, based on previously approved loan data that doesn't necessarily reflect current terms. Loan amounts may vary depending on the applicant's state of residence.

Kiwi Pay, our point-of-sale financing product is available only through participating U.S. merchants. Certain merchants, products, and services may not be eligible. Kiwi Pay offers loans with repayment periods ranging from 4 to 36 months. Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) range from 0% to 35%, depending on the applicant's credit profile and state of residence. Not all customers qualify for the 0% rate. A representative example of the total cost of the loan is as follows: for a $1,000 loan with a 12-month term and a 30% APR, the monthly payments would be $96.15, with a total amount due of $1,153.80. There are no prepayment penalties. Additional charges or late fees may apply, as permitted by law and depending on the loan type and participating merchant. Kiwi does not offer loans to borrowers covered under the Military Loan Act (MLA).

^{^} Disbursement of funds normally occurs within 1 business day after approval, but it can take up to five days. The estimated time of 4 minutes to complete our loan application is based on ideal scenarios, where applicants have a favorable credit history and are well versed in the use of digital technologies. This time may vary depending on different factors, including the need to verify revenues or challenges related to the technological interface. Under certain circumstances, such as the need for additional documentation or technical difficulties, the application process could take a significant amount of time, extending to several hours or, in exceptional situations, to several days.

†† Lack of Available Program for Covered Borrowers: Our company does not currently offer a credit program designed to meet specific requirements and protections for covered borrowers under the Military Loan Act (MLA). This decision is based solely on the absence of an appropriate program and not on your credit worthiness or personal financial situation. Therefore, Kiwi cannot provide lending services to individuals protected by the MLA. To verify if someone is under the protection of the MLA, we request a report from a national consumer reporting agency. Additionally, we formulated the above question as an additional precautionary measure to ensure compliance with MLA regulations. According to the MLA, the term “service member” generally refers to a person who actively serves as a regular or reserve member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Coast Guard, under orders that do not specify a period of 30 days or less. “Dependent” generally includes the spouse of a service member, their children under 18, or anyone else to whom the service member has provided more than half of their support in the past 180 days. To determine if you are covered by the MLA, you are invited to make a single registration inquiry through the site official website of the MLA.

§ Credit Monitoring is a product available only to those users who have an active product with Kiwi, either a personal loan or Credit Builder. The product is not accessible to customers without an active product.
