Applying will not affect your FICO® score. To evaluate your application, Kiwi performs a soft pull on TransUnion and a hard inquiry on Clarity Services. Neither of these inquiries affects your FICO® score. Our credit decision may be based entirely or partially on information obtained from these agencies.

Product Terms: All products are offered by Kiwi Financial Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Kiwi Financial Inc. and Kiwi Credit LLC (collectively, "Kiwi"). All products are subject to eligibility and approval, which is not guaranteed. The actual approved amount depends on risk assessment guidelines and credit policies. Account payment history is reported to certain credit bureaus. Pre-qualification will not impact your credit score with credit reporting entities. Personal loan amounts typically range from $150 to $3,000 for new customers, and from $500 to $3,000 for returning customers. For loans originated through our Kiwi Pay point-of-sale product, amounts can reach up to $5,000. Loan amounts vary by product, state of residence, and creditworthiness. This information is based on previously approved loan data and does not necessarily reflect current terms.

‍
Kiwi Pay, our point-of-sale financing product, is only available through participating U.S. merchants. Some merchants, products, and services may not be eligible. Kiwi Pay offers loans with repayment periods between 4 and 36 months. Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 0% to 35%, depending on the applicant's credit profile and state of residence. Not all customers qualify for the 0% rate. A representative example of the total cost of the loan is as follows: for a $1,000 loan with a 12-month term and a 30% APR, monthly payments would be $96.15, with a total repayment amount of $1,153.80. There are no prepayment penalties. Additional fees or late payment charges may apply, as permitted by law and depending on the loan type and participating merchant. Each loan is subject to independent credit approval and does not constitute an open-ended line of credit. For full program details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Kiwi does not offer loans to borrowers covered under the Military Lending Act (MLA).

The Kiwi Pay 0% APR loan product is available exclusively to qualified applicants who meet Kiwi's credit eligibility requirements for this product. For approved borrowers, the Annual Percentage Rate is 0.00%, the Finance Charge is $0.00, and the Total of Payments is equal to the Amount Financed—meaning you repay only the principal amount borrowed with no interest or additional credit costs. Eligibility for the 0% APR product is based on creditworthiness as determined by Kiwi at the time of application. Not all applicants qualify. All loans are subject to independent credit approval. This product is a closed-end, unsecured installment loan with no prepayment penalty. You may pay off your outstanding principal balance at any time at no additional cost.

The Kiwi Pay 90-Day Interest Waiver ("Interest-Free Months") is a promotional offer separate from the Kiwi Pay 0% APR loan product. This promotion is available only through participating merchants, and not all Kiwi Pay loans qualify. Interest accrues at your standard contracted rate during the loan term. Borrowers who remain current on all scheduled payments and pay their balance in full within 90 days of origination will have all accrued interest waived. Borrowers who do not pay off their balance within 90 days will continue under their original loan terms with no penalty, no additional fees, and no adverse impact. This promotion does not modify your loan agreement, TILA disclosure, or APR. Not all borrowers are eligible.

* All products are subject to eligibility and approval by Kiwi. Maximum loan amounts and terms vary by state. Not all customers are approved for the maximum limit, which depends on credit verification and income capacity.

‍
‍^ Disbursement of funds typically occurs within 1 business day after approval, but may take up to five days. The estimated 4-minute time to complete our loan application is based on ideal scenarios where applicants have a favorable credit history and are proficient in using digital technologies. This time may vary based on several factors, including the need for income verification or challenges related to the technological interface. In certain circumstances, such as the need for additional documentation or technical difficulties, the application process could be significantly prolonged, extending to several hours or, in exceptional situations, several days.

‍
†† Lack of Available Program for Covered Borrowers: Our company does not currently offer a credit program designed to meet the specific requirements and protections for borrowers covered under the Military Lending Act (MLA). This decision is based solely on the absence of an appropriate program and not on your creditworthiness or personal financial situation. Therefore, Kiwi cannot provide loan services to individuals protected by the MLA. To verify if someone is under MLA protection, we request a report from a national consumer reporting agency.

‍

Additionally, we ask the aforementioned question as an extra precautionary measure to ensure compliance with MLA regulations. Under the MLA, the term “covered borrower” generally refers to a person who is serving on active duty as a member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Coast Guard, under a call or order that does not specify a period of 30 days or less. “Dependent” generally includes the service member’s spouse, their children under the age of 18, or any other person for whom the service member has provided more than half of their financial support for the past 180 days. To determine if you are covered by the MLA, you are invited to perform a single record inquiry through the official MLA website.
